2. Private Tutoring Services & Booking Infrastructure

Our private Spanish lessons are custom concierge packages explicitly tailored for adult language acquisition.

  • Location of Service: Private lessons take place at a mutually agreed-upon location, which may include the student's private home or condo, a quiet local café within our covered service zones (Zona Romántica, Marina Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Versalles, etc.), or our designated studio space.
  • Student Responsibility: The student is responsible for ensuring a quiet, safe, and respectful environment conducive to learning during in-home or in-condo sessions.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To maintain a premium and organized schedule for all students, we enforce a strict scheduling policy:

  • Classes can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the class fee will be charged.
  • In case of a no-show (without notice), the class will be considered delivered and 100% of the fee will be charged.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Package Expirations

  • The first trial class can be fully refunded if the student is not satisfied.
  • Class packages may be partially refunded only if requested before the course begins. Once started, no refunds will be issued.
  • Materials, promotions, and discounts are non-refundable.
  • All classes must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.

5. Code of Conduct and Safety

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or unsafe behavior during our private tutoring sessions. We reserve the absolute right to terminate educational services immediately, without any refund, if a student exhibits behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or well-being of our teaching staff.

6. Limitation of Liability
